He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Gade and Margaret Gade (Brooks); and his brother Stanley Gade. He is survived by: his wife Lupe Gade of Carmi; his children, Ray Gade (Jennifer), Paul Gade (Stephanie) and Marie Peterson (Scott); and his siblings, Rosemary Sloan (Kevin), Edna Murphy (Doug) and James Gade. He is also survived by five grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
