She was predeceased by : her parents, Lowry Hinch and Etta Bayley (Mount); and her brothers, Frank Bayley and George Curtis Bayley. She is survived by : her children, Curtis Campbell (Anita) of Evansville, IN. and Paula Smith (Roger) of Omaha, IL; her grandchildren, Randy Vickers (Kristy), Barbara Vickers (Stacee) of Victoria Vickers, K. C. and Zach Campbell (Kenzie); her great grandchildren, Mallory Gibbons (Jeremy), Mitchell Vickers, Emma Vickers, Trayton Vickers, Tori Vickers, Gavin Peyton, Cody Johnson (Courtney) of Baley Fulkerson, J. W, Abell, Klayton Campbell (Joselyn), Emerson Grace Campbell and Jackson Brooks Campbell; her great great grandchildren, Macilynn and Jocelyn; and her siblings, L. H. Bayley (Dianne) of Indianapolis, IN and Ruth South of California.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Wilma's memory to the Supportive Living of Wabash Activity Fund and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
