Phelan; his children, Lori Sorensen, Christine DeFalco (Daniel) and Michael Phelan (Sandra); his grandchildren, Stephanie Sorensen, Jenna Weyler (Mark), Angela DeFalco, Nicole DeFalco, Edward DeFalco, Corrie Phelan, Dalton Phelan, Delaney Phelan and Cole Phelan; his great grandchild Frank Weyler; his brother Luke Phelan (Judy); and his extended family, Peter and Michelle Honiotes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
