Though Jessica may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick Woulfe; her daughter Emma Woulfe; her parents, Vivian Wozniak and Anthony Wozniak; and her siblings, Angeline Wozniak and Nathan Wozniak (Gel Traub). She is also survived by many loving family members and countless friends.
