She was predeceased by: her parents, Royden Frese and Elvira Frese; her husband Joseph; her son-in-law John Kassing; and her siblings, Elroy Frese and Donna Hogan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jan Kassing, Jill Hitz (Mark) and Julie Cook (Tim); her grandchildren, Daniel Kassing (Nicole), Matthew Kassing, Rachel Kassing, Olivia Clayton (Matthew), Julia Hitz, Madeline Livingston (Josiah) and Josiah Cook; her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Aubrey Kassing and Lucas Clayton; her siblings, Judy Curtright, Susan Johnston (Edward) and Donald Frese (Cindy); and her brother-in-law Butch Hogan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hultgren Funeral Home (565 Randy Rd, Carol Stream, IL 60188).
