He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignatius "Bud" Cassidy and Doris Cassidy. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Debbie, Kim and John (Bekki); his grandsons, Blake and Johnny; and his brother Dennis (Debra). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bucaro Funeral Home & Cremation Center (485 W Army Trail Rd, Bloomingdale, IL 60108). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:45 AM at the St. Isidore Parish (427 W Army Trail Rd, Bloomingdale, IL 60108). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Isidore Catholic Cemetery (427 W Army Trail Rd, Bloomingdale, IL 60108).
