He was predeceased by: his son James "Jim" Perillo; his siblings, Ann Lynch (late Craig), Ralph Perillo (Elaine), Bettina Perillo and John Perillo (Leslie); and his sister-in-law Arlene (late Ron Cassidy).
He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Perillo; his daughters, Patti Nier (Scott) and Julie Fischer (Steve Safranski); his grandchildren, Travis Nier (Kelly), Jessica Franck (Derek), Nicholas Fischer (Kelsie), Augustin "Augie" Fischer and Austin Safranski (Annie); and his great grandchildren, Jonathan Franck, Finn Franck, Maddie Safranski, Emma Safranski and Hadley Fischer.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at the All Saints Catholic Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
