He was predeceased by: his father Walter Sedlacek Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Robin; his children, Jake (Hadia), Nick, Makenzie and Quynh; his mother Catherine; his siblings, Ellen Duffy (Dave) and Brent Sedlacek (Christine); his parents-in-law, Paul and Janice Collier; his sister-in-law Kim Schaper (Larry); and his son Walt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family welcomes donations to The American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
