She was predeceased by : her parents, Dolores Penkava and Miles Penkava; and her husband John. She is survived by : her children, Edward, Thomas of Carpentersville and Monica of Aurora; and her brothers, Michael (Diane) of Crystal Lake and Kevin of Gilberts. She is also survived by many friends, nieces, and nephews.
