She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Vitale and Theresa Vitale; her son Rodney J. Nestmann; and her siblings, Cesare Vitale and Antoinette Rottman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Smetters and Danielle "Dani" Ebert; her daughter-in-law Sherri Nestmann; her grandchildren, Daniel Nestmann, Ryan Nestmann (Jackie), Dominick Smetters, Cesare Smetters, Erica Smetters and Maximos Katsanakis-Vitale; her great grandchild Ruby Nestmann; and her brother-in-law Tom Rottman. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews; her grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (504 W Main St, West Dundee, IL 60118).
