He was predeceased by: his parents, Filmore and Bridget; his daughter Pattie Spangler; and his siblings, Beatrice, Essie Jane, Sarah, Grace, Thomas and Ruby.
He is survived by: his wife Eva A. Lewis; his children, Roy Davidson, Phillip Davidson (Jorjeanna), Mark Davidson and Jennifer Margis (Ted); his grandchildren, Brittany, Erin, Amara, John, Adam, Crystal, Christian and Samuel; and his sister Opal Goodson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; his church family; and many good and faithful friends.
