She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Winters and Norma Retherford Winters Bensa; her husband Wayne Weber; her daughter-in-law Michelle Weber; her great grandchild Patrick Pembrook; and her sister Doris Frazier.
She is survived by: her children, Michael "Mike" Weber (Becky) of Metamora, Richard "Rich" Weber of Carrollton, Kathy Grizzle (Darrin) of Carrollton, Jim Weber (Tammy) of Carrollton and Diane Hendricks (Grant) of Carrollton; her grandchildren, John Weber, Sarah Jackson (Alex), Anne Marie Perkins (Jeremy), Mary Catherine Kamm (Chad), Melia Sibley (Chase), Caleb Weber, Mallory Cunningham (AJ), Eric Weber (Amanda), Ryan Weber (Cody), Kurtis Weber (Haley), Michaela Pembrook (Alex), Jacob Hendricks (Alicia), Melissa Squier (Tyler) and Katie Wisnewski (Hans); and her brother Craig Winters (Deb) of Carrollton. She is also survived by twenty-six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carrollton Presbyterian Church (431 Sixth St, Carrollton, IL 62016). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
