We bid farewell to Barbara Ann Howland of Carrollton, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 17, 2025 at the age of 89. Barbara Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Rufus Verna McDade Baker; her husband William Howland; her son Roger Howland; and her siblings, Phyllis Vahle, Ilene Hardwick, Evelyn Hardwick, Esther Burger and Clayton Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Debra VanHuss (Mike) of Girard and Randy (Joan Stewart) of Carrollton; her grandchildren, Joshua Howland (Ashley), Brittany Howland and Bethany VanHuss; her great grandchild Meadow Howland; and her sister Wanda Hall of Carrollton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Airsman-Hires Funeral Home - Carrollton (108 N 5th St, Carrollton, IL 62016). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at the Carrollton City Cemetery (870 Eighth St, Carrollton, IL 62016).
