It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobbie McGuire of Carrollton, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bobbie McGuire to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hawes and Veta Southerland Hawes; her husband Donald "Mac" McGuire; and her siblings, Sue Weinberg, Carl Jr. and Howard Hugh Hawes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Herdler (Bob) of Webster Groves, MO and Kathy Mullins (Andrew) of Kirkwood, MO; and her grandsons, Jon Herdler (Salena), Joe Herdler (Emily Healey) and Jimmy Herdler (Abby Pointer). She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Airsman-Hires Funeral Home - Carrollton (108 N 5th St, Carrollton, IL 62016). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at the Carrollton City Cemetery (870 Eighth St, Carrollton, IL 62016).
