He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Custer and Dorothy Adcock Custer; and his brothers, Floren, Donald and Dave Custer.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his daughters, Bonnie Weinert (Gerry) and Connie Newcomer (John); his siblings, Gale, Frank, Roland, Kenny, Mary, Greta and Dorothy; and his grandchildren, Kristy, Jamie, Kyle (Bonnie), Leigh Ann and Tara (Connie). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (208 Seventh St, Carrollton, IL 62016). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at the Carrollton City Cemetery (870 Eighth St, Carrollton, IL 62016).
