She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Withrow; her daughters, Jamie Ballard (Kevin) of White Hall and Janelle Thomas (John) of Carrollton; and her grandchildren, Jeremey Hazelwonder, Jessica Klomps, Katie Raabe, Cody Shaw, Kendrick Ballard, Jessica Lemus, Laruen Thomas and Scout Shaw. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
