With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mable Thuer of Carrollton, Illinois, who passed away on July 26, 2025 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Shaw and Corey Hardwick Shaw; her husband Everett Thuer; and her stepsisters, Martha, Judy and Betty.
She is survived by: her son Mark; her daughter-in-law Sherry Thuer of Dixon, MO; her granddaughters, Stephanie Ruff (Jason) and Deanna Thuer; her great grandchildren, Ryley and Coplen; and her sister Carol Loy of Jacksonville.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (208 Seventh St, Carrollton, IL 62016). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at the Carrollton City Cemetery (870 Eighth St, Carrollton, IL 62016).
