It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Ann Phillips of Carrollton, Illinois, who passed away on October 17, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Rick Phillips of John's Catholic Church; her son Brad Phillips of Carrollton; and her sister Betsy Hearn of Kane. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, and a big family of friends.
