He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Cora (Hawkins) and Vernon Martin Loftis; his wife Geraldine Marie Smith; and his grandsons, Ryan Loftis and Brian Stearns.
He is survived by: his children, Marty Loftis (Irma), Greg Loftis (Peg) and Lisa Donna (Craig); his grandchildren, Brandon Loftis, Jason Loftis (Kate), Tyler Loftis, Amanda Loftis, Nicole Loftis, Scott Stearns and Bradley Donna; his great grandchildren, Luke, Patrick Loftis, Paige, Kaitlin, Charlie Stearns, Jocelyn Stearns, William and Beau Stearns; his extended family, Katrina Stearns, Andrea Libertone and Bethany Stearns; Lou. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
