David P. Crites Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David P. Crites of Carterville, Illinois, who passed away on October 17, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. James D. Crites and Juanita Crites (Carlton). He is survived by: his wife Jodi Crites of Carterville; his daughter Ashley; his son-in-law Jacob Dunning of Herrin; his grandson Maverick Dunning; his siblings, Beverly (Bill Harris), Martha (Mark Murray) and Mark; and his sister-in-law Laura Crites of Marengo, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Monroe Apostolic Church (1609 W Monroe St, Herrin, IL 62948). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
