She was predeceased by: her father Duncan Simpson (Richard Polnau); and her husband Richard John Polnau. She is survived by: her mother Delores Simpson (Chambers); her sister Dianna Hall (Pete); her sibling's children, Garrett Fozzard (January) and Julie Jacobs (Tommy); her cousin Linda Church (Robbie); her close friend Eric Rice; and her pets, Sugar Pie and Honey Bunch.
