He was predeceased by: his parents, Tolliver Roosevelt and Mary Alberta Shelby (Lewis); and his siblings, Tyle Shelby and Melinda Davis. He is survived by: his wife Darla Shelby; his brothers, David Carney (Linda) and Robert Shelby (Myra); and his pet Rascal. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
