She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Steven Cullum and Rose Catherine Cullum (Wrigglesworth); her husband James Lee Aaron; her daughter Karen June Scruggs; her siblings, Anna Louise Barth, Betty Jo Cudney, Coy Cullum Jr. and Walter Leo Cullum; her half-brother Danny Lee Brown; and her grandson Steven Michael Hood.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Lee Probert (Milt) and Steven Dale Aaron (Barb); and her grandchildren, Tracey Lynn Mathis, James Wesley Hood and Michael Aaron Probert. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

Memorial donations may be made in Maxine's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
