He is survived by: his wife Cindy Clark; his mother Edna Nalefski; his children, Zakery and Nick; his grandchildren, Brayden (BB), Jazzy (Princess Jazzy Pants), Lana, Kai, Lily and Brooke; his brother Larry Burnett; his mother-in-law JoAnn Clark; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie, Rick King and Sarah Clark. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
