It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Ann Rich of Carterville, Illinois, who passed away on April 20, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Nellie Ellen (Hayward) and Robert Young Sr.; her siblings, Bob (Lucille), Jerry Young, Loretta Roseboom (Don) and Leisle Malencore; and her siblings-in-law, Sue Ridley (Jack) and Jack Rich (Rae).

She is survived by : her children, Sue Ellen Rich and John S. Rich Jr. (Debby); her grandchildren, Emily (Major) and Jonathan; her great grandchildren, Lexi, Jack and Valley Rich; her brother Kenny "Ace" Young; and her sister-in-law Nancy Speck. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and her church family.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Reynoldsburg Cemetery (323-171 Reynoldsburg Rd, Ozark, IL 62972).

Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois or to Crainville Baptist Church.
