He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Angel and Peggy Angel; and his grandparents, Cecil, Eva Price, Rev. O. L. and Doris Angel.
He is survived by: his children, Alexis Spicer (Jordan), Kaitlyn Angel (Zach Kilgore) and Joseph Angel; his grandchildren, Brynnleigh Spicer and Tyler Kilgore; his sisters, Tami Angel-Decker (Larry) and Denise Angel; and his siblings' children, Chandra Rinehart, Christopher Rinehart, David LaVeau, Nemiah Moore, Miranda Baker and Joshua Pike. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the funeral home at PO Box 760, Metropolis, IL 62960 for Tad's children c/o Denise Angel to help with future endeavors.
