She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Pearl (Tucker) and Albert Leon Griffin; and her son Albert. She is survived by: her husband John Flora; her son John Frederick Flora II (Rachel Lane); her grandchildren, Cheyann Flora and Cally Marie Flora; her great grandchildren, Isaiah Ellis and Ezekiel Ellis; and her brother-in-law James Flora. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Riggin-Pillatsch & Burke Funeral Home (322 N Division St, Carterville, IL 62918). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.
