He is survived by: his sons, Alan Day (Laura) of Peoria, IL and Kraig Haukapp of Augusta, IL; his stepchildren, Alexis Russell and Margot Russell; and his siblings, Tammie Sinibaldi (John) of Carthage, IL, Lonnie Day (Brenda) of Denver, IL and Jamie Day (Erin) of Bowen, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
