She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Derry and Ruby Derry (Eddington); her sister-in-law Harriet Green; and her daughters-in-law, Linda Bisby (David) and Carolyn Bisby (Krabel).
She is survived by: her children, Roger (Karen) of Carthage, Rodney of Newman, Greg (Bonnie Helms) of Carthage, Jeffery of Burnside and Rachel Sutton (Gary) of Macomb; her stepgrandsons, Doug (Penny), Dan (Erin) and Kevin Krabel (Lauren); Melissa Mott (Chris) and Sara Swallow (Steve). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, one niece and one nephew.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Printy Funeral Home - Carthage (405 Cherry St, Carthage, IL 62321). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Printy Funeral Home (405 Cherry St, Carthage, IL 62321). A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM at the Moss Ridge Cemetery.
Memorials may be made out to Shriners Hospital or the Hearts of Hancock Humane Society.
