She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Hoogeveen and Edna Hoogeveen; her former husband Phil Califf; her sisters, Joan Gregg and Judy Willis; and her sons-in-law, Tom Gawin and Danny Veach.
She is survived by: her children, Steven A. Califf (Janet) of Rockford, Holly K. Veach of Golden and Kristine Gawin of Quincy; her grandchildren, Lindsay Califf, Andrew A. Califf (Maria), Wesley Hudson, Haley and Hannah Gawin (Key); her great grandchildren, Aiden A. Nicholas, Gabriel, Elijah Burgos, Patrick A. and Cedrick A. Califf; Edna Hoogeveen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lake Hill Winery (1822 E Co Rd 1540, Carthage, IL 62321). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
