She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Harold Hopkins and Erma Viola Hopkins (Hoak); her siblings, Vernon, Donald and Ruth; and her great-nephew Richie Hopkins.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Alan, Ann Louise, Lorraine Kay (Lori) and Lori (Marty); her grandchildren, Tim Curtis (Amy), Kim Kniess (Brett), Brianna Husband, Audra McQuaid (Sam) and Danielle Husband; and her great grandchildren, Colton, Bethany, Sam, Ben, Judson Curtis, Sterling, Kaia McQuaid, Zoe and Gemma Kniess.
Memorials may be made out to St. Jude's or Smyrna Primitive Baptist Church in Bentley, Il.
