With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marlin June Gunn of Carthage, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Squier and June Vetter; and her brothers, Ronald, Donald, Jerry, Charlie, Lyndell, Jay and John.
She is survived by: her daughter Anita Gunn of Carthage, IL; her siblings, Terry "Butch" Squier (Pat) of Roanoke, IL and Robyn Tatum (Bill) of Carthage, IL; her siblings' children, Melanie Douglas (Richard), Jennifer Peterson (D. L.), Loretta Blodgett, Lisa Ross, Kristen Doyle, Meli and Geena; and her pets, Cashew and Tippi.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 29 N Madison St, Carthage, IL 62321.
Memorials may be made out to the family for funeral expenses.
