He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Hubbard and Suella June Sparkman (Carr); and his siblings, Shawn Sparkman, Shane Sparkman, David Sparkman and Winona "Cookie" Sparkman.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Hubbard; his children, Kimberly Head (Dan), Kelly Everett (Michael) and Jose Gonzalez (Lynn); his grandchildren, Katherine Jones (Mike), Creston Lambert (Ali), Zachary Lambert (Vicki), Michelle Campbell (Brian), Michael Gonzalez (Meleiah), Megan Gonzalez, Shyann Stephen (Marshall) and Tori Renfroe (Dakota); and his siblings, Frank Sparkman (Teri) and Jeri Boos (Tom). He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
