She is survived by : her husband Matthew; her children, Jax, Amber and Alyssa; her parents, Kelly Aylward (Richard) and Michael L. Cummings; her siblings, Michael A. Cummings (Angela) and Nichole Aylward; her nieces and nephews, Nicolino, Luciana and Luca Cummings; and her grandparents, Arlene Ackerman and John Comitz (Suzanne).
