He is survived by: his children, Jason Milligan, Jammie Richert (Troy) and Aaron Milligan; his grandchildren, Katie Richert, Ava Milligan, Jacob Richert, Amelia Milligan and Emily Richert; and his siblings, Matt Pagels (Terry) and Lisa Pagels. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
