Edward Schantz Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Schantz of Cary, Illinois, born in Gibson City, Illinois, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert P. Schantz and Hazel D. Schantz; his wives, Darlene Schantz (Kerchenfaut) and Lorraine Eads-Schantz; and his brothers, Delmar Schantz and Bob Schantz.

He is survived by : his daughter Lori Odle (Roger) of Inverness; his grandchildren, Ethan Odle of Sterling Heights, Mich, Emma Odle of Inverness and Norah Odle of Inverness; and his siblings, Betty Sallee, Ruth Mettauer, Jean Williams and Wilma Streenz. He is also survived by sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
