He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrzej Padyasek and Agnieszka Padyasek; his father-in-law Jerzy Poplawski; and his brothers, Henryk and Tadeusz.
He is survived by: his wife Ewa; his children, Ania (Edwin Rodriguez), Magda (Jorge Moncada), Krzysztof (Sherry Padyasek) and Agnieszka (Keith Moroni); and his grandchildren, Ava, Noah, Angelina, Lili, Nicholas, Jaime, Kelci, James, Dominik, Julianna, Henryk and Halina.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Annunciation Catholic Church (22333 W Erhart Rd, Mundelein, IL 60060). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to TOTS Therapeutic Child Care Center, NFP, a nonprofit organization founded by his daughter, Agnieszka.
