He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Podzimek and Katherine Podzimek (Moldenhauer); and his brother Frank Podzimek. He is survived by: his wife Mia; his son Mark Podzimek; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Trey and Madalynn Podzimek; and his sister Lois Pickens (Dennis).
