Edmund J Lopinski jr wrote a sympathy message

“Dear Nowak Family: I am so sorry for your loss of this wonderful man. He was a close friend of mine, and he always took time out of his busy schedule to chat and offer a beer or two. I was one of the Herald delivery drivers, who Randy would rescue on numerous occasions with our inevitable auto breakdowns. This man had a heart of gold. He was a loving and caring person, and I am proud to know him. RIP Randy and I will miss you. Edmund Lopinski, Cary. IL.”
