He was predeceased by: his father Robert V. Schwabe; and his grandson Zachary Marcus Selden. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Schwabe (Belot); his wife Maribeth; his children, Megan DeMint (Mark), Ryan Schwabe (Alexandra Romano) and Erin Selden (Thomas); his grandchildren, Allison, Olivia, Emma, Dominick, Danielle, Zoey and Nora; and his siblings, Cheryl Johnson (John) and David Schwab (Barbara).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Peter & Paul Catholic Church (410 N 1st St, Cary, IL 60013). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
