He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern V. Simpson and Lois Irene Simpson (Deverick); and his brother-in-law Walter Scott. He is survived by: his wife Linda Simpson of Casey, IL; his sister Betty Jo Scott of Casey, IL; his brother-in-law Jack Crumrin (Nancy) of Martinsville, IL; his nieces and nephews, Andy Scott (Pamela), Daryn Crumrin (Paula), Karyn Paulsen (Justin) and Amy Daugherty (Brandon); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sarah, Amanda, Allison, Elizabeth, Samantha, Kaylee, Dylan, Chase and Kathryn. He is also survived by family and many friends.
