Vernon, IN, Brad Huisinga (Jeanette) of Casey, IL, Dale Jr. Huisinga (Shawn) of Casey, IL and Sandra Huisinga of Effingham, IL.; his grandchildren, Tara Whitacre (Dave) of Casey, IL, Heather Huisinga of Casey, IL, Alex Snedeker of Mt. Vernon, IN, Heath Huisinga (Kelly) of Casey, IL, Landry Huisinga of Casey, IL, Sam Huisinga (Felicia) of Lombard, IL, Dalton Pfeiffer (Riley Hoover) of Mt. Vernon, IN and Dale "Trey" Huisinga III of Casey, IL.; his great grandchildren, Ella, Olivia, Ben Whitacre of Casey, IL and Hanes Huisinga of Casey, IL.; his siblings-in-law, Ronald, Linda Miller of Summerfield, FL and Maggie Wattleworth of Yale, IL; and his caregivers, Shelley Ray, Jennifer Ellington, Candy Callahan, Karen Elliott and Alisha Price.
