He is survived by: his daughter Diane Bolin of Casey, IL; his grandchildren, Jessica Prater (Troy) of Lebanon, TN and Drew Bolin (Maurah); his great grandchildren, Jameson of Casey, IL, Merritt of Casey, IL and Winslet Bolin of Casey, IL; his daughter Amy Lacey (Mark Shultz) of Fort Worth, TX; his grandson Dustin Bohannon (Ashlyn); his great grandchildren, Daphne and Theodore of Greenup, IL; his granddaughter Sophia West (Leland); and his great grandchild Penelope of Houston, TX.. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces.
