He is survived by: his wife Megan Watkins; his children, Michael, Tyler and Tracye; his siblings, Robert Lawhorn, Betty Shackelford and Roberta Shackelford (Stump); his siblings-in-law, Pat Lively, Jerry Vance, Frank Shafer and Kimber Penrod (Joe); his siblings' children, Tina, Chris, Becky, Mary, Wendi, Ronnie, Jimy, Danny, Mike, Sharon, Jimmy, Jason, Electra, Brooks, Amanda, Sandra, Jake, Josh, Kurt, Nick, Beth and Donnie; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dylan, Devan, Cody, Noah, Gavyn, Maverick, Rhett, Kinley, Audrey, Kayce, Weston and Madyln.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barkley Funeral Chapel (300 N Kentucky St, Greenup, IL 62428). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
