He is survived by: his wife Tammy Smith of Casey, IL; his children, Alan Smith (Jennifer) of Casey, IL and Torie Smith of Casey, IL; his grandchildren, Joshua, Jameson, Jeremiah, Josiah Smith, Owen and Dillon Tate; his siblings, James Smith (Debbie) of Casey, IL and Sandra Hammer of Martinsville, IL; and his pet Bella.
