He is survived by: his children, Kaylee Heck-Shroyer, Hannah Heck, Deanna Mitchell and Ceyerah Mitchell; his mother Tammy Shroyer (Bill); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Camden, Willow and Ceyenna; his brothers, Jarrod Carter (Ginny) and Nathan Shroyer; his nieces and nephews, Kaidince Carter, Jaidyn Carter, William Shroyer and Ranger Shroyer; his aunts and uncles, Kim Redfern, Amanda Keck, Peggy Shroyer Leigh (Marty), Shelly Shroyer Brooks, Bill Keck (Mellissa), Lee Watkins, Charlie Shroyer and James Shroyer; his extended family, Betty, Jamie, Shayne, Heather, Dakota, Christy, Craig and Linda; his former wife Danielle Deback; and his close friend Robin Dulaney.
