He is survived by: his children, Cindy Middleton (Nate), Rick Athey (Carlotta) and Linda Hickox (Darrel); his grandchildren, Leslie Currey (Kevin), Brock Athey (Lara), Dusty Hickox (Jennifer), Katie Philippi (Adam), Dylan Hickox, Bryant Athey (Ashley), Lindsay Roberts (Josh), Brianna Athey and Kallie Pullen (Logan); his sister-in-law Aileen Shiels (Bob); and his friend Fuzzy Davidson.
