We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2025, at the age of 94, Marjorie Ruth Stout of Casey, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark DeLos Newsome and Marjorie Ellen Newsome (Rich); her former husband Carl Vincent Brandenburg; her husband Bill D. Stout; her sons, John Robert Brandenburg and Steven Phillip Brandenburg; her granddaughter Tracy Livvix; and her son-in-law Larry Shafer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Shafer of Greenup, IL, Carla Zachary of Casey, IL and Joy Myers of Martinsville, IL; her daughter-in-law Marilyn Brandenburg of Casey, IL; her grandchildren, Michael Brandenburg (Valerie), Amanda Collier (Jeremy), Scott Perryman (Allison), Crystal Newborn (Matt), Kelsie Rich (Zach), Drew Haumesser (Nickie), Jason Brandenburg and Justin Clark; her great grandchildren, Jordan Brandenburg (Tabby), Jarod Brandenburg, Alexis Robison, Nevaeh Collins, Serenity Collins, Mason Perryman, Mia Perryman, Brett Livvix (Dara), Dalton Livvix, Ethan Robinson, Jordan Newborn, Teaghan Rich, Tayton Rich, Treason Rich, Tryler Rich, Drake Haumesser, Luke Haumesser and Adley Haumesser; and her great great grandchildren, Brody Brandenburg, Riplee Brandenburg, Bowen Brandenburg, Amellia Robison, Karter Robison, Allie Robison, Lane Livvix, Erin Livvix, Sutton Livvix, Trace Livvix, Emberly Newborn and Emma Craig (Issiah).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Et Markwell Funeral Home (200 N Central Ave, Casey, IL 62420). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the donor's choice.
