He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Fitzpatrick; his father George Fitzpatrick, Jr.; his siblings, Timothy Fitzpatrick and Theresa Fitzpatrick; his aunt Do Wurth; and his uncle Jim Fitzpatrick.

He is survived by: his daughters, Erin Fitzpatrick (Jeremy Muelchi) and Kelli Fitzpatrick Hendry; his grandchildren, Maria and Bo Hendry; his son-in-law Trevor Hendry; and his sister Carole Corley (Gregory).
