He is survived by: his children, Amanda Shopher (Steve), Joe Phegley (Beth), Samantha Phegley and Thomas Elmore (Harlie); his grandchildren, Joey Shopher, River, Noah Proctor, Quinton Cain, Cierra Peebles, Brennen Pryor and Ace Elmore; his son Silas Elmore; and his siblings, Scott (Debbie), Robert, Dawn, Maria and April.
